I think the website can be improved. The drop down menu is a bad choice since you are given the option to pick between a few pixels, power sources etc you don't get a good overview and its difficult to compare everything. WhatsApp chat helped but I didn't feel particularly welcomed as a new costumer. It all worked out thought so I'm happy.
