The glasses are smaller than they appear in the video, and the temples are too short, making them uncomfortable to wear.
Shipping took much longer than advertised. The website stated a delivery time of 5–6 days, but it took significantly longer.
I also find them quite expensive for what they are, although that's just my personal opinion.
On top of that, the customer support was disappointing. The responses to my questions were not particularly helpful.
