After reviewing the product, I ordered the Neuralife neck massager, and received product information and use. Also I was informed of the shipping process at each stage.

Your products are inferior and you have no instructions on how to return them. Please tell me how I can return both items.

I never received any of the products I ordered with this purchase. I emailed the company 4 times, at least, looking for an update. I only received a response on the first email saying it would be shipped soon. My final email to them was to cancel the order purchased on 2/20/25 and to receive a refund for all products. Once again, no response. My next step is now to dispute the charges. That is happening now, but it will take time to complete. I even sent the company a response on my second reque

Customer service communication is poor because it does not exist. I never received the product I ordered. Scam!

Cancel order 2719. Never received my order. I will not recommend Neuralife to anyone.

Not what was expected z

Item took much longer than expected to arrive and appeared to be a repackaged item.

I finally got used to the controls and have been using it daily . I’m not sure if it is helping or not . I cannot handle the massage as it only seems to vibrate my teeth and ears so much .

Took a vary long time to receive.

awful 3 emails requestinh assist totally Ignored

It took way longer than expected for my package to arrive. For a moment, I thought I had been scammed, but thankfully it arrived. However, my order was not complete and I have not gotten a reply.

I could not get the remote to work but we foxed it. I couldn’t call and emails were ignored. Please remember it is all about the customer. Make us happy by acknowledging our requests. God Bless!!

OBVIOUSLY 24/7 CUTOMER SERVICE ADVERTISED IS DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Box was damaged in shipping and it took forever to arrive after 2 failed delivery attempts.

Absolutely no way to contact company and get a response.

Charged me for items I didn’t order and won’t return my emails or calls leading me to believe this is a scam!!

The products never arrived after 6 weeks of waiting and looking forward to them.

Requested to return the items that were not longer needed and received no response.

The original advertisement stated the device would arrive within 4 to 7 days and it didn't arrive until 3 weeks later. After using it and decided I didn't like it, I have had no assistance in trying to get my refund. I have called the customer service line multiple times and their message always says there is no one available to take the call. They state you should leave a message and they will call you back. They never call me back. They also never respond to my emails. Therefore, the experience has been a nightmare!!!

My only concern is that the instructions are unclear and the print is too small.
