I purchased the flex and the first time I tried to clean the flower chamber, it was destroyed. I was super heartbroken about that one. I purchased the Evo and I'm very pleased with this product. I figure three stars is the average so far. If you improve that Flex chamber then I will definitely purchase it again to try it.

Started claim process because package never showed up.. did wait about 8 days after expected delivery date.. and then made the claim. Naturally on the 11th day the cart got delivered. They were quick to respond and issue was resolved. Have not used product yet, so 4 stars for now.. traveling and will update review once I sample the product.
