Really helpful, before and after my purchase. I was kept updated after payment, till the bike arrived. Packaged so well!! It would be difficult to damage it accidentally in transit. Bike was just as it was described. it arrived on time. Loved the free gifts (lock and especially front rack). & Free shipping! Perfect transaction 👍

Multiple fake promises on trimming, no instructions on assembly until asked. 1 month later still waiting for parts and no response from my three chasing emails on when this will be delivered. Should have got the engine pro.

Dates and deadlines were false. Dispatch dates constantly changed, and changed again. Tracking from China via the ‘Shop’ app is a joke….the app was showing items in China when they had already been delivered….then i’d be told 3 days later they were on their way. There seems to be a large lack of communication between sales…and after sales teams. The products themselves are great….but the mirrors are insufficient unless you want to view your arm. Mount them…i challenge you!!!!!!! Rear basket is waaaaaaay too big. To mount the bike, you need 7ft legs🤣

The shopping experience was excellent, WOT let you down was how long in total to get my full order delivered to me in total it was about three months from placing the order to the last item arriving. On your website it stated delivery time about two weeks, I waited two months for the second bike to arrive.
