Very easy

I have spent a lot of money on something that doesn’t work as advertised. The concept of the bike is very good and the parts are very good but the way the package works as a whole is not good. The front end of the bike seems very unstable and the brakes are the wrong way around which makes you second guess if you’re pulling the front or rear brake which is dangerous. The seat keeps coming loose and it doesn’t have enough adjustment and the handlebars are not true vertical they lean Pisa

I only gave 2 stars to answer your question. When I received the box, it was glued with tapeall over. I sent photos of this, as well as the scratched paint on the battery and other areas. You offered to send me black paint for the scratches. I waited 14 hours for the battery to charge (??).

Smoth purchase, about 3 weeks to get to my home but not a problem for me all good
