My first order was excellent, so I placed a second. Unfortunately, it took six weeks to arrive, several fragrances were inconsistent (including Royal Aventus, which smelled completely different to my previous bottle), and customer service was disappointing. My detailed emails about the quality concerns received generic responses that never addressed my questions. Some scents are fantastic, but the inconsistency and lack of support mean I can't recommend them.
