I was disappointed with my experience with Klein Scents. I had high expectations based on their marketing, but the overall experience fell short. Communication was lacking, and when I had questions, it was difficult to get a timely response. The product itself also didn't meet my expectations for the price. Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately that was the biggest disappointment. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements, because there

all three items got here when they were supposed to. the items were not at all what I had expected. it smelled cheap and gave me a headache. return process is another headache all in it self. but I hope the klone team can get things in order soon.

The version of Santal 33 and Tom Ford Wood smell nothing like the original. Plus whatever the scent is, does not last. Totally disappointed in purchase. $80 flushed down the toilet.

Nobody ever got back to me about returning these perfumes I ordered as they smell nothing like Baccarat Rouge 540 like advertised. ALT fragrances does.

It would be a lot better to be able to talk to someone that said the email back-and-forth back-and-forth just to get everything sorted and taken care of

Overall experience: Excellent. Klone Scents has earned a loyal customer. I've bought four fragrances so far, and they've all been great. A couple of them get me compliments every time I wear them. Their customer service is outstanding too they handled an issue with one of my orders quickly and communicated every step of the way. I'll definitely keep buying from them.
