The support response has been fantastic. It could not be better. However, I am having severe problems seeing the screen on the TriPro Mirror cam, I tried the antiglare film, but it was so dark I couldn't see the screen in sunlight with sunglasses on. Without the anti-glare film, the glare is so bright that I cannot make out the screen, As a result, I must turn of the screen during sunny days and use the dim reflection.
I love the TriPro, but wish I could see the screen.
