Easy to shop, with quick shipping. I think a wider range of instruction on installation would be helpful. In all honestly it is pretty vague for people with trucks on what to do. I know there are many vehicles out there, but I would think that in today's environment it wouldn't be too hard to get some "official" videos done. Fortunately for the rest of us, there is always Grok.

I’m glad I purchased it. Love the results

Absolutely love it. The only issue is it won’t always swipe left or right to switch cameras. It is like it gets stuck on one screen until you turn it off and back on.

I asked previously about how to eliminate the rain water build up and light reflection on the rear license plate camera and dash reflection on the front rear view mirror unit and the only answer I received was, adjust the tilt of the camera. Like I wasn’t smart enough to already had tried that. Doesn’t eliminate light reflection on display unit from rear lights and dash. Should provide rain fly piece for rear camera so that I don’t have to constantly get out and wipe rear camera.

Good experience but the shipping protection was not as good

The 900 version was legit thought I was upgrading with this one and instead downgraded. Very frustrating connections are different. New camera is a POS.

Shipping needs to be better but overall customer service was good on the phone

Shipping was great. The product zoom and camera changing screws randomly is bad. I bought 2 and returned 1. Only reason I didnt return this one was how much time I spent wiring it. The lack of zoom settings makes it unusable to judge distances.

Got it pretty quickly and I do like its simplicity to use compared to others I’ve seen used.

Customer service was stellar. We needed a longer cable and we were sent one immediately for no charge. Telephone help was always accessible. The quality of the video is amazing. sooo much better than the stock camera that came on our RV. We haven't traveled with it yet so no review on using in motion yet.

Fine, aside from shipping damage on my part. I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it though, so not their fault. But it could've been packed better.
