I had to repeatedly send emails to get info about return. They wouldn't answer each question and kept repeating info I did not need. I am completely dissatisfied that I have to pay for return shipping when this ring is not as described. Definitely not a sparkly ring. Return process is awful. They should supply you with a return label like other stores that are even located in China like shein. Would never recommend this company.
