This item appears to be cheaply made. The yellow color looks artificial, similar to the ones found in candies, and the supposed moissanite is not genuine. When I attempted to contact the merchant, they refused to accept a return. Despite repeatedly requesting pictures of the item, which I provided, they insisted that it wasn’t one of their products. I tried to initiate a return so that they could inspect it in person, but they refused to provide a prepaid shipping label. Their only solution was
