Reached out multiple multiple times regarding my order that was placed on December 9. I never received it never received tracking information. It was a necklace for my son and one for my daughter as Christmas presents. I’ve sent like I said numerous emails inquiring I paid the two dollars and 2.50 to ensure the delivery. Be honest about shipping times, especially during the holidays. Snail mail through USPS with a few stamps would’ve came in half the time. In the day and age of same day shipping, at the very least be honest, optimistic only lets people down.
