I received my sectional covered in dirt and picked of something all over it. I forwarded the photos to the support team and was met with denial and no resolution. The sectional is extended hard and uncomfortable. I asked to exchange it for a more expensive sectional and was told I'd have to pay a 25% restocking fee, another delivery fee of $250, from Toronto to Kitchener! This company is a company ripoff and I work not recommend to purchase from here! Buyer beware!
