You have everything to improve, I am so disappointed of the product, the service, the price, the missing information. I will never ever buy in your website or recommend it to any one. 1/ I had a purchase confirmation for perfume and I received deodorant. 2/ I payed extremely expensive delivery fee and more over I was never informed I would pay extra taxes upon arrival 3/ when complaining about receiving a product different that what I ordered I received an answer not adapted to the question. 4/ Paying 150 EUR for two deodorant is a real scam.
more over the customer care service could have offered some reimbursement, all that was proposed was a discount on next purchase but as I said before I will never ever again buy anything in this website
