There's servere lack in customer service since no one ever answers the phone and goes straight to voicemail. I've tried several times and no one has reached out. I've sent an email as well since I was charged twice for an item I didn't order. Now I'm being sent this email after not receiving my item. Shipping has practically no updates. Anom has horrible customer service. The clothes arrived on time and the quality was nice. They never answer the phone nor respond to any emails. I’m stuck with a pair of jeans. I can’t fit now because I can’t reach out to someone from Anom to assist me with my order.
