The customer service is superb and very responsive. The issue that i faced and I've found it's common for all , the courier doesn't even try to deliver to customer address when they don't feel like it. They directly drop the parcel at the collection point which is not we expected, then we have to manage our time to collect the parcel during the opening hours. And they didn't provide me with an address of the collectionpoint, i had to contact bumwash costumer support twice to get it.
