I requested to return the items I bought because they did not fit as described by the size chart. They wanted me to send photos of the bathing suits on which I found very inappropriate and would not let me return the items even with the hygiene stickers still on. They only gave me a partial refund even though I was more than willing to return the items for the full amount. They bathing suits were very ill fitting and not suitable to wear in public.

Ordering was easy, good marketing, shipped and delivered within 2 weeks of placing, but the return policy sucked. I tried them on hoping for the best but since there aren’t standing stores it was hard to tell how it’d look on me and when I got some in they fit differently than on the mannequins and I couldn’t even exchange what I didn’t like. Out of the 5 sets I ordered I only liked 2 of them, so I’m just stuck with the other 3 that I’ll never wear and I couldn’t get my money back or exchange.
