The shopping portion was exceptional and no complaints about that. However, the shipping portion could use some work. A little more transparency in the process would help in the future. This means that I didn’t have any sort of update on my order for a whole month and in between that time frame, I was panicking thinking that my order was down the drain or something of the sort.
