Tracking was not as I expected a bit slow on updates especially since I've been riped off by other companies so when I couldn't find tracking updates a bit worried hence why I emailed Olive & Jet, also I asked for them to be left somewhere on delivery but was left in letterbox I emailed delivery company but felt I was not taken seriously sick of excuses especially when either company or myself are paying for a service of delivery to door

Only the shopping, was very easy and good organised. I really appreciate, the parcel was sent again due to not picked in time But socks.. First of all-these socks are not made of alpaca wool but with the addition of this wool, only 45% - Chinese embarrassment... Secondly, they're too tight and too small. I have a rather narrow foot, so I ordered a size up, but they still squeeze my foot.. It seemed like a good idea, but it looks like a cheap business based on Chinese production... what a pity.

I was a bit sceptical about these at first after seeing them on Facebook and wasn’t sure if the reviews were legit. But wow — these socks are so soft, comfortable, and just really nice to wear. I’m genuinely impressed! Definitely a happy customer and I’ll be buying more. I even gave a pair to my aunty and she’s fallen in love with them too, so she’ll be placing an order soon. They’re probably the most I’ve ever spent on socks, but they’re 100% worth it.
