The delivery took over a month. Olive & Jet said it had been posted but Australia Post hadn't received the parcel. Customer Service fobbed me off via email a few times saying just wait a few more days. In the end I went to AusPost and found out the parcel hadn't even been posted. It was time consuming and frustrating.
