As I don't do on line ording it was difficult to get the discount you had for black Friday, I was told I couldn't have the promotion unless I ordered on line, very difficult when you have dyslexia, I don't feel I shouldn't have to be put in the position of have to say that, in the end I was told she would do a order for me on line, but need to sort some other customers out first, I ended up getting a freind to do it on line while we waited, so not a good experience,
