Overall the unit is purchased is good. The app could do with some improvements. Consider adding a camera so multi cat households can monitor cats separately.

I have brought several items from Petbuds mostly with out issue, on one order it was over a month with out receiving item, I had to make contact, the colour I was after was out of stock, they said that they could send another colour, when I received item it was the other colour and also different item

On line order was ok but 4 different deliveries spanned across 9 days was just bloody ridiculous what a waste of money and not helpful getting a delivery in bits and pieces

Took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Not sure if this is usual. Arrived well packaged. Did not like that each item ordered arrived separately- should be sent all together. I would also like recommendations for suitable cat litter for this unit

Complained about tablets not being included, and it took 3 attempts for my question to be understood.

Hard to understand and get to someone on the phone, otherwise all good.

I had an issue with delivery which was quickly sorted out when I contacted customer service, then I received my package damaged back onto customer service and they had it replaced straight away. So happy I decided to still go ahead with my purchase, very helpful.

Arrived in good time

The machine isnt that better to be honest, it may self clean but doesnt always pick up the mess ,sometime doesnt get taken into the liner, and you have to spend time ,i think more time cleaning the inside, and there is always a smell ,i have gone back to my little litter which are bigger ones and using my sand and tofu they dont smell and even scooping g out is easier with a open litter try. So no I dont rate this well and the cost is too high also.

Unfortunately correspondence was only ever after I initiated, the litter box took a long time to turn up due to apparently being out of stock although this was never communicated until I chased the item.
