Overall good but it took 4 weeks to get the finished product.

Delivery delayed forever.

It was easy to upload my picture & place the order.

35 day to get the product to find out I can't even hang it up due to the hardware not in the box so what a waste of time

Very disappointing

Delays, missed promised delivery window, lack of communication. A frustrating experience for me.

It took 17 business days (or 23 consecutive days) for the order to arrive from date of order, too late for the special occasion I was ordering it for. The wood backing arrived chipped and the sticky residue left by the protective film is impossible to wipe off. Although the steel piece is nice, it's unacceptable to give as a gift since it has to be attached to the wood. I'm disappointed for the $200 price tag.

The order got stuck in CA and after a week of no updates I had to call to see what the hold up was. I was glad I didn’t need it for a specific date.

It was easy to upload the photo and the approval process was fast. There was no back and forth thankfully

I like the ordering process. Their customer support, Nolan , was very helpful, addressing all my concerns and getting things done.

Two months to receive the order and communication was poor regarding the reasons for delay. Initial order submission was good as well approval of the art work.

It did not work at all. I had no idea it had even been shipped even though I checked the website. My husband ended up receiving it upon delivery and saw that it was opened. So he saw the gift while I wasn’t home, and even before I can put it together for him in a nice gift box or bag.

Everything was as described and the process was smooth.

Again super long production time is not very upfront from my perspective.

Took a really long time to get the piece. It did come outside of the box with both ends torn apart, but it wasn’t damaged. I did request the artist sign the piece and they did not. Nevertheless, we absolutely adore it!! It’s quality and gorgeous!!
