I finally received this gift, and I am happy with the final product. The quality was good, and it was clear that care went into creating it. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. As the guaranteed delivery date approached and then passed, I had to reach out for updates myself. The only response I received was that my order was "in queue" and would ship when completed. There was no additional explanation, proactive communication, or offer to refund the rush
