The silicone ring on the lid constantly comes out of place, making it very hard for my baby to drink. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have to fix it every single time—far too often to count. A baby product should be reliable and safe, but this one has been nothing but a hassle. Unfortunately, it has been completely useless for us and a total waste of money. I am requesting a full refund. Thank you.
