The products, packaging, company ethics all seem great. They maybe should be a little clearer delivery time at the time if order as this can be a few weeks. That's fine with me as long as I have advance warning so know to allow the time, but not so good for those who need something very quickly.

Very easy, shipping was fast but dispatch took a little while comparatively to what we have become used to especially from large corporations (I think 6 or 7 days) but I much prefer buying from small independent companies and do understand that sometimes smaller companies, for many reasons, process orders slower and I am perfectly okay with that if it's communicated/expected.
