I ordered over 5 weeks ago and paid for priority shipping so this would arrive in time for Christmas. The support line was so unhelpful I just got AI generated responses or no reply at all after several follow ups and no actual help or person to contact me about where my order was. They should be much clearer on how long the printing process actually takes to avoid disappointment for people who are looking to give this as a gift. I would not order again and wish for a refund to be honest.
