I just did. Twice now. The club is defective, poorly assembled or a bad putter. The offset is extreme. Difficult to square club. Never putted a ball with it. Felt cheap & light, as well. Repacked it completely within 10 minutes of opening box. I never even putted a ball with it and I expect, and I am entitled to a full refund. Thank you
