FRAUD and SCAM. Advertised everywhere on media t you will receive Tarte but you receive some unknown knockoff that takes a month to get to NY. The fraud contact in NY mails the package to you. You ask for a full refund for the fraud item, you are offered a $4.00 refund when you paid for $40. Orvya keeps the rest of the money and is the basis for the fraud being done to MANY customers.
