The checkout was not accepting my address (Sweden) so i couldn't check out. Clicked the support button to get to a form to fill out. But the form wasn't able to be sent, so had to go and write an email. Took a couple of days to get the answer and at that point I had been able to "fool" the system to accept my address and the product was already ordered. The freight was a bit over the top for a small accessory and a spare cable.
