Do not buy this product. It has no suction. I tried it in my pool and it filled with water almost immediately. When I tried to return it, they said that because it was used, they couldn’t do the return. I tried to explain that it hadn’t been used I only tried it in my pool and still they wouldn’t return it. Bad bad customer service.

The product doesn’t come with any instructions that make any sense and I was missing my SD card that I purchased.

The mask was shipped 10+ days after placing the order, not the 1-3 days noted on your website. Thus it arrived after we left for vacation. But even if it had arrived on time, I would not have been able to use it, it is way too big for my head, no matter how tight I pull the straps. I need to return the mask, how do I do that?
