Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Nach der Bestellung kam schnell die Info, dass es etwas dauern würde und die Begründung. Es gab die Möglichkeit, den Prozess mit zu verfolgen. erfreulicherweise kamen die Schuhe nicht in einem sinnlos übergroßen Karton, sondern einer dem Produkt angepassten Verpackung.

Bestellung und Bezahlung lief reibungslos. Die Lieferung hat etwas lange gedauert, aber jetzt sind sie ja da. Das einzige was gefehlt hat ist eine kleine Überraschung und die Gutschein-Karte, evtl. kommt dies noch, da ich eine E-Mail bekam, dass ein Päckchen unterwegs ist.
