Marc was very helpful with my purchase, but a couple of mishaps have soured the experience. I mentioned prior that the fact that a demo piece of equipment, has made for a much harder assembly than should be (and missing nuts, wasers don't help) Also, I received 2x2 rubber flooring and didn't realize that there were no edge pieces. On top of that, when interlocking the pieces, you don't get a true 2x2 coverage, which has messed up my ordering and I am not 8-10 pieces short. Disappointing
