With my most recent purchase, I had accidentally placed the same order twice in the same, lack of sleep due to a newly adopted fur baby. Once I realized my error, I reached out to customer support to explain the situation and asked that one of the orders be cancelled. Not that long after i received and emailed stating that one of the orders was cancelled. No fuss or mess. Have been a customer for years now and this is just icing on the cake!
