I was really excited about this collar because the photos looked amazing, especially with the dog’s name embroidered on it. The personalization was actually the main reason I decided to pay a premium price for this collar.
Unfortunately, after receiving it and adjusting it to fit my dog, the adjustable part of the collar covers the embroidered name. This basically defeats the purpose of ordering a personalized collar, since the feature I was most excited about is no longer visible.

The traffic leash and trainer leash were both sent without the ring connectors, and the leash buckles and ropes were both of a lower quality than the traffic leash I ordered in 2025.
I contacted customer service, and to their credit, I was quickly sent another traffic and trainer leash with the ring connectors. While these replacement products both had the ring connectors this time, the quality differences were still clear…products received are not what is shown on the website.
