Everything seemed good. The latch is way too heavy for my dog. Using it for detection sport. Clunky. Will be replacing the latch.

The traffic leash and trainer leash were both sent without the ring connectors, and the leash buckles and ropes were both of a lower quality than the traffic leash I ordered in 2025. I contacted customer service, and to their credit, I was quickly sent another traffic and trainer leash with the ring connectors. While these replacement products both had the ring connectors this time, the quality differences were still clear…products received are not what is shown on the website.

Shopping online was easier than I expected, especially since I already knew the correct size from having this collar in the melon color. The customization process was also a better experience this time around. With my first collar, the name was placed in a standard spot and ended up getting cut off because her collar needs to be on the shortest setting. This time, being able to specify placement made a big difference,it looks much more clean and visually pleasing. Ty.
