Watches are not of similar quality. I received one watch that appeared to be well made and looks great, then two others that felt very light weight and not all of the apparent features (sub dials) were even functional!

Professional and courteous customer sensitivity and service

The designs of the watches was excellent and I was able to order 2 watches that I liked but when I received the watches, one of them was not working. The battery was dead.

Watches are made extremely poor ! The marketing made me think that they are USA manufacturer of high quality, they're not, Thompson's should be ashamed !!!!!!

I ordered two watches and thought I would receive 4 but only received 2

I called to cancel my order right after my purchase realizing the watch was made in China rather the the US. I was told l couldn't cancel. I called my credit card company and let them handle the problem. Not worth the aggravation.

Delivery was a little slow but over all it was ok

Great price, lots of choices with amazing designs and styles. Shipping was slow but expected due to watches being hand made and shipped from overseas. I'd order more except already having too many watches!

Excellent customer service

I was disappointed that the Deborah watch didn't;t latch very well. I just texted you another review and I gave them the wrong model. It was the Deborah watch not the Claudine that I think is poorly designed. It just relies on tension to keep it together. You'd think that It would latch or snap in place.

Looking for the right watch type was a little time consuming.

Took way too long to get it in the mail

The delivery partner delivered my package to the wrong house. I had to do the investigating myself in order to track down where it was delivered to, which was a bit frustrating. That should have been the job of the company or the delivery partner. Fortunately I was able to find it and the people were honest and didn't keep it for themselves.
