Actually, it was a good experience EXCEPT I tried to cancel the Rio watch and was not able to do so until the next day. Sending emails was difficult as no one was responding until the following day. Five panicked emails later after trying unsuccessfully to get one of the watches canceled, a nice gentleman canceled the watch.
