I didn't appreciate the second charge of a purchasing fee. I did not authorize any additional charges to my card. It should have been included in the original purchase and disclosed to the customer. This is a very dishonest company. A reputable company would have disclosed it to the customer or included it in the original pruchase at checkout.

Second time ordering was a nightmare of pushed back shipping dates, and run-around emails that didn’t help until I asked for a refund and to cancel my order - and then suddenly my item was ready and shipped that day?
