When I purchased it, I didn’t realize it would be shipping from China, if I had known that I wouldn’t have ordered it then I used my physical address for shipping because I assumed it would ship FedEx or UPS but when the package arrived in the USA it was shipped USPS so it had the incorrect address and the package was undeliverable and was lost. I did end up buying a couple X66s and 1 other X60 off amazon and received them in a timely manner.

Gardepro sent me the wrong trail cams. I was limited on my time and waited two weeks only to receive the wrong ones. It was a challenge to get a hold of their customer service to send me the correct ones. Finally after many phone calls and emails they sent me the correct ones and corrected their mistake. This was 3 to 4 weeks later. I like Gardepro and will continue to buy their products but I hope their customer service improves.
