Not bad experience in terms of shopping i guess, shipped quickly enough and delivered in good shape. The downside: i'm experiencing a lot of resistence on the support which is kinda giving me hard time on returning the chair (notice how much is advertised the 30-day hassle free purchase so that you can test it and see if it fits your needs...) by proposing unacceptable alternative routes...
