I contacted customer service about the fact I did not like the frames and the lens did not work properly, they replaced the lenses after many many emails and multiple hoops to jump through. But would not do anything about the fact I do not like the way the frames look and sit on my face. So now I have expensive glasses I will never wear. I would not recommend this company to anyone
