The sleepMD web site is fine. It took a while for the product to get thru from China. I just wish the directions were a bit more explicit and or detailed. Like BE CAREFUL. I realize I'm an idiot for over heating the water but I played football and we did the mouth guards the same way. I assume the rubber would be of a tougher product.
