I had a disappointing experience with the SleepMD Sleep Guard. From the start, the mouth guard did not work well for me. It was uncomfortable to wear and kept falling out during the night, making it impossible to use effectively. Given that the website advertised a "30-night risk-free trial," I expected the return process to be straightforward. However, when I attempted to send it back, I was met with unexpected conditions. The company informed me that returns might not be accepted if the product had been used or if it was purchased during a sale.
After several frustrating email exchanges, the company eventually agreed to issue a refund. However, I had to cover the £10 cost to ship the product back to China myself. Even if the refund is processed, I’ll still be out of pocket. Overall, the product did not meet my expectations, and the return process was far more complicated and costly than advertised. I would caution others to carefully review the terms and conditions before purchasing.
