Very disappointing overall experience. Product was difficult to get a proper mold even when following the exact directions provided with product. Never was able to get a comfortable fit and ended up throwing it away. I chose and paid for an upgraded/expedited shipping option and did not feel it was worth the extra expense. Would not recommend to others and would not consider replacing.
