Do not waste your money. This is an awful company. After a month with no information regarding the shipment, I contacted the SleepMD asking for more information and got no response. I went with an alternative option because I thought that I was scammed.
To my surprise, my order actually arrived 8 weeks later. For returns you have 31 days return from the time you receive your order. You have to contact an email address to initiate the return. I did this but again I haven’t received any response.
