Great product and amazing packaging! The sunglasses look and feel premium, and the extra gifts (case and cord) were a very nice touch. However, the customer journey was quite bumpy. There were unexpected shipping issues and extra fees requested after the checkout was completed, which took several emails to resolve. In the end, the company stepped up and delivered a great product. 5 stars for the sunglasses, 3 stars for the automated checkout system.
