After waiting over a month, I never received my order, as it was shipped to the wrong address. I reached out to customer service via email and on the website 6 times and never received a reply however I was able to receive an email to provide a review. I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered at the beginning of January did not receive until second week of February

It took over a month to receive my order and the response from the company is HORRIBLE!!!

Never received item even after two months. dHL claimed to have delivered to apt mailbox on a Saturday evening which is not possible at my complex. I never received my item and want a refund. Took two months to even get a claim of processing and delivery. I’ve been requesting a refund and nothing still. Horrible service and money just taken with no product.

As in mentioned before in the previous review it started out fine but for about 3 weeks of nothing no email no updates no nothing 3 days later it got to my mail box rather quickly..

It took a month for it to come only for it not to Work at all
