Horrible. Website takes me in circle. To cancel I’m to follow link in email, when I do, it still takes me to the website, web says to email the support team who ignores every request or I get an email from the Help address that says it’s not a working email address. I’ll never use this place even if the stuff were the best in the world, I can’t say if they are real, reputable, or where the stuff comes from, I’m going to believe China. And a holistic company should care about us, not be stealing
