The company gave me a very hard time regarding my request to return them, eventually admitting that the reason I cannot return them is that they would potentially be seized by customs, although their website advertises easy returns. Instead they offered me a 30 percent coupon for my next order. Although that is somewhat of a concession, they need to offer a 1:1 exchange. Will buy authentic only from now on.
